Freight Company: AusQuatic products are sent via Australia Post Prepaid Parcel Post satchels. Deliveries via Australia Post satchels are to the door (parcels will be left even if no one is home). Delivery times depend on where the parcel is sent to. Australia Post aim to deliver your parcel within 1-5 working days of mailing.

Quotes: Once you have ordered through our website, we will send you a quote which will itemise the products ordered and the freight costs. If you change your order it may well change the cost of your freight as well.

Basic Estimation: This is a guide only and all depends on size and type of products ordered.

• Goods are sent Australia Post Prepaid Parcel Post satchels.
• Please allow for packing materials. That is, don't order 500 grams of Harmonium (and expect a 500 gram satchel). Once we package it up it will weigh more and you will need to go to the next level.
• Maximise Freight: Harmonium 500g with No Media Bag will go over the 500grams, once packaged; so will have to be sent in a 3kg satchel. This means you have almost 2.5kilograms of freight to use. So mix and match to optomise your freight dollars.

Shipping Guarantee: Delays in freight, weather conditions and ruff handling are not the responsibility of AusQuatic. Please advise on the day of arrival of any problems with delivery and we will negotiate a solution. This maybe a refund on the goods ordered, a credit for your next order or a resend. Additional Freight Charges will be the responsibility of the Customer depending on the circumstances.
